Brianna's parents begged the healthcare system for meaningful help with their daughters mental health and dr*g use. Instead they were repeatedly sent home with Narcan, citing they could not keep an at the time, 12 year old against her will. She was able to obtain needles, other paraphernalia, and instructional pamphlets from harm reduction services, and in the end was found passed in a homeless camp on August 22nd, due to a drug poisoning. This is their opening statement today at Parliament.
